Dr. Tomas Cabrera is an Audiologist and founder of Premier Audiology in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Cabrera earned his doctoral degree from Salus University in Pennsylvania.
“My journey into the field of audiology was fueled by the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to hear better and fully engage with the world around them. Witnessing the transformative impact audiology can have on individuals' lives, I was inspired to specialize in areas that greatly influence hearing health. These include hearing aids, wax removal, and tinnitus management”.
Dr. Cabrera is committed to staying at the forefront of audiology advancements through continuing education courses to ensure his patients benefit from the most effective and innovative solutions available. Dr. Cabrera is a member of the North Carolina Audiology Association (NCAA), American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA).
When he is not practicing, he is spending time with his wife, their son Luca and their 2 dogs, Tucker and Charlie. Dr. Cabrera is an avid sports fan having played Division 1 Football; he now lends his football expertise to the Porter Ridge Middle School Football Team as an assistant coach.
Gale joined The Hearing & Balance Center in July 2015 as assistant to Dr. Christina Seaborg. She is currently licensed with the North Carolina State Hearing Aid Dealers and Fitters Board as an apprentice and is working towards obtaining her license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
Her responsibilities range from patient care to administrative duties. She is truly passionate about helping to improve patients’ lives through better hearing and communication.
Originally from Naples, FL, Gale now lives in Charlotte with her husband, Aaron, their three sons, and three Doberman Pinschers. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and collecting mid-century modern furnishings and art.
